Hotel Check-In Desk
Arriving guests should check in at the front desk for room keys. Please note, hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM; however, every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals. Guests staying at the Villas of Grand Cypress should go directly to the Villas for check-in.
Safety/Security
Due to heightened security, bags will not be permitted in the reception or banquet areas (with the exception of purses). Please be sure to view the guest safety video on the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress information channel. We want all of our guests to have a safe and enjoyable weekend.
Orlando Area Attractions
Contact the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress concierge at (407) 239-1234, extension 51 for transportation and ticket information for Walt Disney World and other area attractions.
Transportation (subject to change)
For those guests driving to Orlando, please see the directional map of the area. For guests flying into Orlando International Airport, complimentary transportation will be provided between the airport and Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and Villas of Grand Cypress during the times noted below, if scheduled in advance. Anyone leaving before or after the scheduled transfer times will be responsible for their own transportation. To arrange for transportation, please fill out the ground transportation form or call Executive Incentives & Travel at (954) 420-3286 and ask for a Jim Moran Classic representative.
When arriving at the Orlando International Airport, look for the Mears Motor Shuttle ticket counter on the baggage claim level and present your transportation voucher.
For those who have requested transfers to Orlando International Airport on Sunday, November 16, departure notices will be delivered to guest rooms during the weekend.
Luggage Tags
Luggage tags will be provided in your confirmation package. To expedite luggage handling (including golf bag and bag cover) on arrival and departure, we ask that you affix these tags to your baggage (clearly mark your first and last name on each piece). If you require additional luggage tags, please contact Executive Incentives & Travel. Please remember to keep any valuable articles and prescription medicines with you (do not place in checked luggage or leave unattended).
Golfers please note: Golf clubs will be transported on arrival to the bag storage facility at the Grand Cypress Golf Club and returned to the hotel on Saturday evening for departures.
