Hotel Check-In Desk

Arriving guests should check in at the front desk for room keys. Please note, hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM; however, every effort will be made to accommodate early arrivals. Guests staying at the Villas of Grand Cypress should go directly to the Villas for check-in.

Safety/Security

Due to heightened security, bags will not be permitted in the reception or banquet areas (with the exception of purses). Please be sure to view the guest safety video on the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress information channel. We want all of our guests to have a safe and enjoyable weekend.

Transportation

For those guests driving to Orlando, please see the directional map of the area. For guests flying into Orlando International Airport, transfers between the airport and the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and Villas of Grand Cypress are available November 11 - 14 with the presentation of a transportation voucher. Advance reservations are required for departure transfers and can be arranged by submitting a ground transportation form by November 9. Guests arriving and departing before or after the scheduled transfers dates will be responsible for their own transportation.

Luggage

To expedite luggage handling (including golf bag and bag cover) on arrival and departure, we ask that you clearly mark your first and last name on each piece using a Jim Moran Classic luggage tag. Please remember to keep any valuable articles and prescription medicines with you (do not place in checked luggage or leave unattended).

Golfers please note: Golf clubs will be transported on arrival to the bag storage facility at the Grand Cypress Golf Club and returned to the hotel on Saturday evening for departures.
