Hospitality Desk	6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Location: Convention Center - Lower Level
Volunteers will be available to assist you throughout the day. Please stop by if you have any questions or need assistance.

Buffet Breakfast (Two locations)

6:30 AM - 9:00 AM

Location: (Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress) The Portico - Lower Level and (Villas of Grand Cypress) Executive Meeting Center - St. Andrews Room

Please note that there will be no breakfast served at the Golf Club or Racquet Club.

Shuttle service from the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress to the Golf Club is available from the Portico and Main Lobby beginning at 6:30 AM. The Grand Cypress Racquet Club is a 10-minute walk from the Hyatt. Shuttle service to the Racquet Club is also available from the Hyatt's Main Lobby.

Golf Tournament Check-In	7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Location: Grand Cypress Golf Club
The Driving Range will be open for practice during check-in (range balls are complimentary). Please note the Grand Cypress Golf Club is a soft spike course.

Kids & Teens Program Registration	7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Regency Hall

Open Tennis	7:30 AM - 8:30 AM
Location: Grand Cypress Racquet Club - Courts 4, 5 and 6

Kids Morning Program	8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Location: Regency Hall

Tennis Check-In & Photos with the Pros	8:30 AM - 9:00 AM
Location: Grand Cypress Racquet Club - Stadium Court
Tennis Tournament participants will be given tickets for the complimentary lunch buffet at check-in. Non-participants may purchase tickets for the buffet lunch at $75 per person by contacting a Jim Moran Classic representative at (954) 363-6726 by Friday, November 4, or on-site at tennis check-in.

Golf Clinic	8:30 AM - 9:30 AM

Tennis Welcome & Introductions	9:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Tennis Clinic	9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Location: Grand Cypress Racquet Club
Tennis pros will work with beginning, intermediate and advanced players during the clinic.

Golf Tournament	9:30 AM - On
Location: Grand Cypress Golf Club - North, South, East and New Courses
Golf carts will be loaded with golf clubs according to the posted pairings list. Box lunches and beverages will be provided prior to tee time.

"Defend and Attack" Tennis Contest	10:45 AM - 11:15 AM
Location: Grand Cypress Racquet Club
NEW! An exciting game to challenge players at all levels, with cash prizes for the winners!

Team Tennis Tournament	11:15 AM - 12:30 PM
Location: Grand Cypress Racquet Club
NEW! Teams of 8 players will compete for a trophy and prizes in this new tournament format! Beginners who do not wish to participate in the tournament can receive a lesson from the Grand Cypress tennis pro.

Kids & Teens Afternoon Program	12:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Location: Regency Hall
Kids and teens begin with lunch and then enjoy an afternoon program of fun.

A complimentary buffet lunch will be provided for Tennis Tournament participants, followed by a question-and-answer session.

Tennis Awards, Raffle & Reception	2:45 PM - 3:15 PM

Open Tennis	3:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Silent Auction	4:30 PM - 8:15 PM
Location: The Portico - Lower Level
From one-of-a-kind collectors' items to autographed photos and sporting gear, the silent auction will provide guests the opportunity to take home something special with proceeds benefiting the Youth Automotive Training Center.

Classic Reception	6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Location: The Portico - Lower Level
Enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres while sharing your golf or tennis scores with friends. Golf and tennis photos will be available for pick-up at the photo table located near the Classic Hospitality Desk during the Reception. Dress is resort casual (jackets optional for gentlemen).

Kids & Teens Evening Program	6:00 PM - 9:30 PM

The Kids & Teens Evening Program includes dinner. Teens (age 16 and older) have the option of attending the Classic Banquet with advance notification.

Classic Banquet	7:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Location: Grand Cypress Ballroom
Join celebrity guests as the weekend concludes with the Classic Banquet, where sponsors will learn how their contributions impact the students and graduates of the Youth Automotive Training Center. The evening will also include the exciting raffle drawing! (Age 16 and older please) Dress is resort casual (jackets optional for gentlemen).
